Robert has a full day of appointments in his constitiuency. This includes a visit to Muir Lea Stores in Robin Hoods Bay and also Quayside Fish and Chip Shop in Whitby.
Robert and Maureen will once again be collecting for Marie Curie Cancer Care. We are collecting in Scarborough town centre. Please do come along and have a chat, and give generously to this very worthwhile cause.
Robert is attending a dinner organised by the Scarborough Ambassador Forum to be held at the Crown Spa Hotel. The dinner is sponsored by First Group, and will outline the desire as a business community to develop a University Technical College (UTC) in Scarborough. This will be a very useful and informative meeting for Robert.
Robert will be attending a meeting of the Older Peoples Forum at Westborough Methodist Church, to discuss issues brought to his attention by the group.
Robert will be helping Wykeham School promote PhunkyFoods! PhunkyFoods is an award winning early years and primary school programme of healthy lifestyle lesson plans and resources. They provide teaching staff with the tools and training to deliver top quality, fun healthy lifestyles lessons in school. This is all run with the help of McCain Foods.
On Friday the 17th January, Robert will be visiting Mecca Bingo at Albemarle Crescent in Scarborough, to promote the Boost Bingo campaign. Robert will be calling the numbers on the Boost Bingo game!
The YMCA Productions' latest pantomime is "Sleeping Beauty". We are looking forward to a super evening. The YMCA really do have wonderful entertainment, do go along if you can, you will not be disappointed.
